Dr. Hugger is a German national with more than 30 years’ leadership experience in the global reinsurance sector, he has held C-level roles in Malaysia, Singapore and Switzerland. Seventeen of those years were spent working in Asia, giving him first-hand insight into the region’s regulatory environments, multicultural business practices and fast-evolving risk landscape.
