Cecil is responsible for overseeing the legal and regulatory functions of Stonefort group, including Legal, Compliance, Claims, Internal Audit and Operational Risk. Before joining Stonefort in 2021, he worked several years in different functions for the sole shareholder of Stonefort – HOCHTIEF AG. He was a member of the senior management team for the North American operations of the infrastructure development business unit. In that function he was the Compliance Officer for the branch office and responsible for all governance and compliance affairs of the branch office.
